Terms and Conditions

AquaShield (“the Company”) provides professional backflow testing, repair, and installation services. By scheduling or receiving services from AquaShield, you (“the Client”) agree to these terms and conditions.

The Client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the property and backflow device(s).

The Client must ensure unrestricted access to the backflow device(s) at the scheduled time. If the technician cannot access the device(s), a service fee may apply

The Company will complete and submit required reports to the relevant municipal or water authority, if possible, as part of the testing process.

Compliance with state and local regulations regarding backflow prevention is the Client’s responsibility. Advanced Backflow will provide guidance but assumes no liability for regulatory non-compliance due to delays or omissions by the Client.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month. A $35 fee applies for any returned checks.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of $50.

The Company provides a 30-day warranty on labor. Any parts or materials installed carry the manufacturer’s warranty.

The Company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, misuse, or damages caused by improper maintenance or negligence. Advanced Backflow’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

During testing, if a backflow device is found to be non-compliant, repair or replacement may be recommended.

A separate estimate will be provided for repairs or replacement. No additional work will be performed without the Client’s approval.

Emergency services are available at an additional charge. Response times for emergencies are not guaranteed and depend on technician availability.

The Company reserves the right to terminate services at its discretion if terms are violated or if unsafe or inappropriate conditions exist at the property.

The Client’s personal and property information will be used solely for service delivery and reporting purposes. The Company will not share this information without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the service is provided. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that state.

By scheduling or receiving services from Advanced Backflow, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
